I enjoy a variety of different workouts and so you won't get bored! There are so many quick fixes out there and far too little emphasis on nourishing and properly taking care of the body you have.

Stretching, foam rolling, a cardio warm up, a variety of different stability exercises, adding in some weights, bands and jump ropes and yoga poses, lots of sweating, more stretching and a big smile at the end because you kicked butt and did it!
Nothing is better than seeing great results! My first client was naturally thin but easily tired when running up stairs and wanted to tone up to feel great in her bikini. After the first month she was sporting toned triceps, a butt she was proud of and flat, defined abs!
