What to Expect

My first session is always free. I wouldn't even call it a training session. It's more like a date. Yes I said date! I like to get to know the person. Build their mental psyche. Instill confidence into the person and let them know that I am here to take care of their needs on a physical level and emotional level. I don't want to just scare them away with a tough training session. I want to see what goals they may have and how I plan on helping them accomplish them!

I had a elderly client who couldn't function very well and was having a very hard time doing what he loved, golf! He explained to me that bending over to get the ball was near impossible. He didn't want build muscle, get in shape, or even so much lose weight. He wanted to be able to function better and gain enough strength to play what he loved. I began my encouraging him. I always like to give my clients positive reinforcement. I said "You can do anything you put your mind to, sir. My job is to simply lead the way and remind you that you can." It was nothing but uphill after that. In a matter of a couple months he was playing again and even decided to join a senior citizen golf club!
