Hello, my name is Andrew. A couple years back I was out of shape, unhealthy and depressed. I needed a lifestyle change, and through fitness I was able to positively change my outlook on life. Through hard work and perseverance I completed my education at National Personal Training Institute and became a personal trainer. Throughout that time I lost 40 pounds and gained mental toughness and self-confidence! There is no better feeling in the world to me then putting a smile on a person's face through fitness and would like to help you reach your goals, to promote a healthy life-style. Through my personal training education I have realized more and more that working out is not the only tool we need for success. I am a trainer who truly believes that becoming healthy and reaching your goals is a complete lifestyle change. My current clients receive daily recipe ideas to help with food cravings and promote lower cholesterol while stabilizing blood sugar levels. Healthy eating and a knowledge of the overall body systems and functions help with weight loss, stress, anxiety, and fatigue. This is especially important for my clients who suffer from preexisting conditions that limit their physical abilities. My clients benefit from a custom training program based on their own strengths to target their specific goals. In conjunction to a custom workout routine, healthy food preparation, and daily body strengthening tools- my clients gain a reliable coach to guide them to a victory they have always wanted!

When I met Bill on our first training day he could barely bend down to pick something off the floor let alone touch his toes. His muscles were tight throughout his whole body he couldn't even put his head on the floor while lying down. As time went on we progressed little and little each training session. Tying his shoes in the morning became less strenuous and his golf game started to improve. About eight months later Bill became a different person, he could touch his toes for the first time in his life, and he now gives his golf buddies a run for their money on the course. Today Bill and I still have a professional relationship and through fitness, hard work, and dedication, you can conquer your adversities just like Bill!
