My name is Ana Carolina and I’m a great enthusiast when it comes to fitness, nutrition and health. This journey started over 10 years ago with my degree in Physical Education back in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Things got even more serious after moving to NYC, and I’m now a certified NASM Personal Trainer, a Nutrition coach and soon I’ll be starting a pilates certification. To get the bragging out of the way, I’m a big believer in science-based fitness and continuous education, therefore I’m constantly attending new workshops and courses to refresh my knowledge.

As a gym goer myself, I always try programs on me first and I’ll tell you: The best part of having a personal trainer is that you don’t need to worry about what you are training that day. You just show up and you will have me to take care of the boring part of building a routine that will stress your weaknesses and get you closer to where you want to. You spend time on your life, I’ll spend time on your workout and health.
In all these years, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients with multiple kinds of requirements (e.g. knee problems, diabetes, lower back pain, post surgeries, etc).
