My passion for health and fitness started at a young age since I grew up in a sports-oriented family. After years of people looking to me for advice to get in shape I decided that I would become a certified personal trainer. Following my role model Jillian Michaels from The Biggest Loser I decided to become certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. I received my bachelor’s degree in health education where I expanded my knowledge. Classes that have given me the educational resources to help people include fitness for life, exercise physiology, mental health, holistic health, stress management, principles of coaching and nutrition.

What to Expect

A client can expect to be worked during a typical training session. I enjoy functional exercises such as body weight training but also incorporate free weights into my routines.

Client Success Story

My client success story is about a woman named Amy. Amy was 50 lbs overweight, unhappy and not motivated. She began training with me and started her transformation. After eight months she was able to lose 50 lbs, go down four pants sizes, lose inches off her waist and hips and was able to climb Mount Washington.
