Hi, my name is Alexis. I have 6 years as a professional fitness coach with specialties in weight loss, fat loss, and strength gain. I use a combination of HIIT, circuit training, kickboxing, and body weight exercises to help clients achieve results. I give special emphasis to the mental side of training, an area most trainers neglect. In addition to helping clients get their bodies in shape, I also strengthen their minds. Fitness has always been in my life, having been a three sport athlete in high school and continuing the habit into college. While I also have the knowledge to help clients, I have the personality needed to motivate them and engaged. My workouts are fun and challenging and when a client is finished training with me, they will accomplish something they thought they previously weren't capable of doing.
