Hello, my name is Alexandria. I am a college student athlete with a really strong work ethic. I have been personal training for about two years now and I am absolutely in love with it. I was born and raised in Blue Island, Illinois and I have always been an insanely active child and I always had a love for sports. Growing up I tried every sport available to me from soccer to basketball. I have always been a strong willed person and I love to push myself to new limits.
A session normally starts with a warm up, then we get to the actual workout, which in most cases is challenging to the person I am training, then a cool down. I am a very straight forward and highly motivated person. I will motivate my clients but at the same time I will push them to and past their limits, so they can know that they can accomplish so much more than they ever expected.
One of my first clients was a 50 year old woman who I worked with. She wanted me to train her so she could feel more comfortable in her body and to live a healthier lifestyle in general. We started training at the beginning of spring and she was extremely dedicated, so that also made my supporting her a lot easier. She told me her goals at by the beginning of summer and we both knew these goals would be very tough to meet but nonetheless, she pushed through and in the end she ended up meeting her goal and then some. She was a very inspiring woman and I consider myself lucky to have been the one to be able to train her,

What can I say? She pushes me and encourages me to go further. Alex not only instructs but when she sees me slipping she goes hard with me! She doesn't just talk the talk she walks the walk.
I couldn't do it without you Alex!! Keep pushing me, I need it. I feel the burn. Lol
