My clients can expect a training regimen that is carefully crafted to their specific needs. I am not the type of coach that takes pride in over-training their clients; I want them to make steady and consistent progress. Often you'll find coaches have the mindset that if their athletes are dead tired at the end of the workout, that they've done their job. This isn't always the case; although you will be tired, the training you will be prescribed is about you making legitimate progress -- not just being tired. I want you to be challenged but I also want you to be successful.
I've trained hundreds of people with many different types of goals and accomplishments. But perhaps my favorite is a gentleman I helped come down from 300 lbs to around 250 lbs. I wasn't nearly as excited about the drop in weight as I was in the results of his wellness exam. His blood pressure, LDL/HDL levels and cholesterol had all come down to within the optimal levels. It was a TRUE transformation from the inside out.
