I have been training clients for 15 years now. I have trained clients at every fitness level. From the new mom wanting to get her pre-pregnancy body back, the weekend warrior to the high school state champion wrestler. I also have trained five pro figure skaters and helped them achieve their goals. I am also the peer fitness trainer at the local fire department I work at full time. I help those firefighters that may need a program designed to make them stronger, safer and more able to do their risky jobs. I am currently working mainly with folks looking to lose weight and live a healthier life style. I love to train with people that are ready to take control of their lives and start fresh!
American Counsil on Exercise
A typical session will last from 45 - 60 minutes, based on what we need to accomplish that day. We will work everything from head to toe, while working around any injury or discomfort that may be occurring. I can also send out "homework" workouts to be completed between our sessions. My clients regularly complete tasks they NEVER thought possible!
