Hi, my name is Aja. I am a personal trainer from California with a passion for health, fitness and nutrition. I became a personal trainer after I lost over 100 pounds so that I could motivate others to lead healthier, longer lives! My favorite client success story: A client of mine changed her lifestyle completely and lost about 60 pounds! She knew that living healthier is a marathon so she approached it that way. She was very disciplined and as a result, feels better, looks better and of course has seen several improvements to her health such as lower blood pressure.
