Hi, my name is Adam. I am a current half marathoner and athlete who enjoys helping others achieve their fitness goals. I currently do Insanity and Focus T25. I can get you in top shape for your first 5k, wedding, High School reunion or build your self esteem. I will tailor a workout program to cater to each client's specific goals and do everything possible to achieve those specific goals!

During a typical training session we (thats right we) I get down and work it with you to help motivate you to achieve your goals. I feel showing you the motions and texhniques for certain excercises helps you understand it better and it helps keep you focused on your workout. We would focus on the core for about 20-30 minutes, then we would attack either a particular body part or cardiovascular training depending on what the client is looking to achieve with their fitness goals.
