I believe in an old school style of training -- basically, that the concept of hard work and sweat will always be better than the next new gimmick that promises results in no time flat. I will empower people to make them feel better, look better and most of all be better. I am very interested in helping people push past the limits they've set on themselves to discover a whole new you.
We'll first do a short warm up with mobility exercises. Then we'll do some rehabilitation work to prevent any future injury, followed by strength training that fits the clients needs, some abdominal and lower back work, and finish off with some type of high intensity cardio. No treadmills here!
